Anne Moran, business owner, was elected as a City Councillor in 1995 and served as Deputy Lord Mayor in 1999-2000.

Moran has chaired the Central Market Authority and the Development Assessment Panel and has been a member of the Adelaide Aquatic Centre Authority and the State Heritage Authority. She has served on the Board of the Adelaide Festival Centre and the SA Motorsport Board.

Moran holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Education from the University of Adelaide. On graduating, she taught at Adelaide, Henley, and Norwood Morialta high schools.

A long-term resident of North Adelaide and business owner in the city, Moran is a dedicated Councillor who has not lost an election since she was first appointed in 1995.

Moran was re-elected for the term 2018-2022 as Area Councillor for the City of Adelaide and will be the first female Councillor to achieve 25 years of continuous service with the City of Adelaide.
