Marlene Powell
Marlene Powell was elected as Councillor of the Robe Ward in May 1987.
She served one term between 1987 – 89 and was a member of the Council’s Works and Parks Committee and its Policy and City Development Committee. A businesswoman, she owned and managed properties in the City, and was an advocate for its residents.
